Cherie Hershman - owner/stylist
Cherie, a Washington state Certified Women's Owned Business owner, has traveled to clients' homes, providing a full array of salon and spa services for more than 20 years now. Established in 2000, “Cuts on Wheels” a mobile hair salon began the journey. A stylist and entrepreneur, she realized her dream of creating a place for everyone to experience nurturing of the spirit, suitably called, Essence, a chic coiffure.
Julia Bitondo - aesthetician
Julia has a natural passion for skin care and helping people. As a graduate of The Euro Institute of Skin Care, Julia is excited about tailoring each person's skin care needs to their individual goals. In addition to being a licensed Aesthetician, Julia is certified in Alexandria Professional™ Body Sugaring hair removal method as well as body work. Julia loves working with clients to achieve their very best skin care results!
Jennifer Alexander - permanent make-up artist
Jennifer Alexander loves helping people feel beautiful from the inside out. As a certified permanent makeup technician Jennifer enjoys the opportunity to work with many different faces. Whether camouflaging a scar or enhancing facial features, Jennifer works closely to understand the clients need to create a tailored made enhancement specific for each experience. Jennifer studied the art of permanent cosmetics from North Nevada Academy of Micropigmentation Jennifer brings a unique blend of aesthetic creativity and precision to this distinct form of makeup application.
Brenna Ericson - stylist
Brenna is a hair stylist specializing in events, including weddings, photo shoots and shows. She loves every aspect of hair, whether it be color, cut or style. Brenna's goal as a stylist is to make my client feel gorgeous, confident and look great. Watching clients smile and feel happy with their cut/style is her favorite part. Brenna graduated from Gene Juarez Academy North in February, 2008 and currently is a college student by night studying interior design, Italian and business and a hairstylist by day.

Lindsay Bloom - stylist
Lindsay enjoys helping every client feel their best. She has a passion for "the big picture" and finds working with every aspect of her client’s hair the most satisfying. Lindsay completed her ATA in Cosmetology at Everett Community College. She would love to return for more training. She specializes in creative coloring, but enjoys doing it all. Lindsay loves helping her clients feel beautiful and gets a rush when the client is happy. Outside of work, Lindsay coaches with a youth orchestra. She enjoys watching movies, and enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Cameron and their cat Smokey.
Charlotte - sylist
Charlotte enjoys creating a bond with each of her cients. She wants everyone that sits in her chair to feel as comfortable as possible, as if they are visiting a long term friend. She graduated from Gene Juarez academy in 2007. She enjoys watching movies, cooking and hanging out with friends.
Ginger - stylist
Ginger attended Gene Juarez Academy south were she cultivated a love for making others feel beautiful. She believes that beauty is developing and enhancing your personal best. Her passion for the industry and love for people enable her to provide an exceptional experience to her clients. Ginger enjoys special occasion hair, wet sets, and other creative styles that get her guests noticed. From the dramatic to the romantic, Ginger aims to uncover your hidden treasures. Her other hobbies include cooking/baking, dancing, and meeting new people.
