Pick one, write it on a post-it and place it somewhere prominent that you will see and connect with daily. Allow this resolution to be on that sticks for the year.
I decided mine was to know and believe that in any given moment each person, including myself, is doing their best. At times this is hard to swallow, when it seems as if things could/should go differently/better. In those moments, I choose to breathe, and remember that each of us do our best when given what is happening at that moment.
